the bar is very dangerous, don’t use it.
it only can stay put with certain thickness of the door edge (not specified by Iron Gym which WILL lead to lawsuits from people who fell down). most doors will not have enough thickness to use this equipment.

This bar is a bad accident waiting to happen. My daughter was just standing in her friend’s apartment doorway and it fell on her and chipped her front teeth in half. Don’t get this product unless you have a great dental plan (and medical, too).

I used the Iron Gym pull-up bar and it came off the door frame while I was using it and I fractured my kneecap. I still have screws in my kneecap and have to wear a brace to walk. It is a potentially very dangerous device. I’ll never recover to where I was before the accident. Please don’t use this device.
